2. Offer and Acceptance

Our service pages are a public offer. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your booking. Governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown before acceptance and include all charges. We disclose service, price, and contract terms before booking per the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.

4. Warranty and Exclusions

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your receipt. Warranty excludes accident, negligence, improper washing, harsh chemicals, fallout, and failure to follow maintenance instructions. Regular maintenance is required; neglect voids the warranty.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the price paid for the affected service unless prohibited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or consequential loss.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations or reschedules are free at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

7. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to us directly or appealed to the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.

8. Personal Data

We process personal data for booking, service, and support with notice and consent where required, under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.

9. Language and Advertising

Consumer-facing information is in Ukrainian; translations are supplementary. Advertising is truthful and discloses limitations, under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian Language as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 and the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
