Every car is read before it is touched. We log gloss units, film thickness and a defect map, then work through five stages in order. See what each stage includes.
Panel-by-panel gloss and thickness readings under LED and daylight lamps. Defects are mapped before any number is quoted.
Iron and tar removal, clay treatment, then a two-stage wash. Paint must be chemically clean before correction starts.
Machine polishing lifts swirls and etched water marks, checked against an agreed gloss unit target per panel.
A sacrificial layer applied in a controlled bay at 20 to 24 °C. Film build is logged layer by layer.
